5K

I ran my first 5K yesterday! Pretty stoked. Didn't stop, didn't walk. Lauren ( a two-time state champ), finished 2nd.

Hello, not sure if this is the same Fred Clark but I saw a photo of you on the internet and for some reason it made me think that there was a Fred Clark that worked at St. Clair Sq (maybe in 1995-1996 time). Anyway, if you are the same person, I am glad to see that it looks like you are doing really good. I can remember that you had a CD out at the time, I want to say the CD had the Ketchup Bottle on the back of it......
