This is a copy of a picture found in my grandmother's (maternal) collection. I do not know who this man is. It's possible his surname could have been Fisher, Logan, Speakman, Rutherford, Stone, Williams, Willington, Allsman, or anything else for that matter. He is very likely a relative of mine. Any ideas?
